Do you have professional indemnity insurance?

Yes, we have PI insurance, we are also holding an ISO 27001:2013 certificate. Brokers Office is committed to the security and control of all information.

Is there a lock-in period with the contract?

No, we are convinced in our high-qualified services. We offer 30-day notice period with every packages.

How do we communicate with our team members?

The communication is smooth and carefully developed via different tools. You can call your staff or drop them an email or chat with them during the day.

How do you track the work being done?

We have a streamlined and tested process management tool and our team leaders are monitoring the performances, however, you will definitely see how the workload sort it out and your files will be managed in a proper way.

How do you deal with Australian privacy laws?

At Brokers Office we believe in privacy. Our priority to store, manage your data in line with the Australian privacy laws. All data will be stored in Australia. All communication channels and data are encrypted. If you have any concerns, let us know.

What happens if my team member resigns?

Our Operations Manager is working hard on hiring the best candidates and training them in advance, therefore, the hand over process will be smooth and well-developed.

What hours will my team in India work?

Your team will follow your working routine and they will work according to the Australian time zone.

Will my staff understand and speak English fluently?

Yes, for sure, they are fluent in English and we carefully tested during the recruitment process. All premises at Brokers Office the official language is English all over the world.

Is my data and information secure and safe?

Yes, according to our privacy and data protection policy and audited processes we manage all data and information securely. Your data is secured with us.

How long does your recruitment process take, from start to finish?

You can leave it on us. There is no recruitment time and recruitment cost. We do not bother you with interviews. It is our job and responsibility. Your service will be started the first working day of the next month for VA Credit Analyst services. If you signed for bundle deals we will start our service on the next Monday after the contract signed.

How many hours a day does my staff work?

Your full time Virtual Admin Credit Analyst will be available 8 hours with a 30 minutes lunch break. Your part-time Virtual Admin Credit Analyst will be available for you for 4 hours with two 15 minutes tea break.

Can my staff have a phone line?

Yes, your staff will be available by phone. You can give them a buzz anytime during the workday.
